Policies
The following policies govern visits, services, transfers, and payments. They exist to keep the work safe, lawful, and predictable for everyone involved.
Section 01
Clear Creek Tactical operates from a private residence and is by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted under any circumstances. Address and driving directions are provided once an appointment is confirmed in writing. Please arrive at the scheduled time and notify us as early as possible if you must reschedule.
Section 02
All transactions and transfers are conducted in strict accordance with federal, state, and local law. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for any transfer. Transferees must complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check. We reserve the right to refuse any transfer or service for any lawful reason.
Section 03
Firearms left for service remain the property of the owner. We provide secure storage during the work. Owners must claim completed work in a timely manner; storage of unclaimed firearms beyond a reasonable period may incur additional fees as discussed at intake.
Section 04
Pricing is provided after consultation. Estimates are honored as quoted absent a discovered condition that would require additional work, in which case we will contact you before proceeding. We do not process payments online; payment is arranged in person at intake or pickup. We accept cash and other locally agreed methods.
Section 05
Clear Creek Tactical does not sell firearms, ammunition, or accessories through this website. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer for sale. All sales and transfers occur in person and follow all applicable laws.
Section 06
All firearms brought to an appointment must arrive unloaded, with magazines removed and actions verified clear. Ammunition should be transported separately. Firearms will be inspected and confirmed clear upon arrival. Children may not handle firearms on the premises.
Section 07
Information collected through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, and maintain records required by law. We do not sell or share client information for marketing purposes.
Section 08
Workmanship on services performed is warranted against defect for a reasonable period as discussed at intake. Clear Creek Tactical is not responsible for the inherent function of components supplied by the customer or by third parties, nor for misuse, modification, or normal wear after delivery.

All work is handled by appointment from our Poolville, Texas home shop, serving clients from Weatherford, Hudson Oaks, Willow Park, Aledo, Peaster, Millsap, Boyd, Bridgeport, Jacksboro, and surrounding North Texas areas.
